The Hallowell Mural was officially unveiled on October 9, 2023 with a celebration, color guard by the Foreign Legion and keynote speakers, Maine Governor Janet Mills, Representative Dan Shagoury, Hallowell Mayor George LaPointe and the mural artist Chris Cart. Article in the Kennebec Journal.
